Responsibilities :

* Supervise all kitchen operations in our outlets
* Ensure productivity, consistency and product quality assurance
* Training the kitchen staff
* Plans directs, controls and coordinates the activities of all chef outlets, cook and other kitchen personnel, engaged in preparing and cooking food to ensure an efficient and profitable food service
* Plans, prepares and monitors menus for the various kitchen activities
* Estimates food consumption and requisitions for all restaurant functions
* Responsible for overall cost control
* Reviews menus, analyzes recipes and determines food, labor and menu items.
* Confers with Operational Manager and Cost controller on pricing of menu items

Qualifications:

* Minimum 5 years experience with excellent understanding of Asian and international cuisine.
* Strong leadership & communication skills.
* Demonstrates ability to control food and labor costs.
* Communicates effectively in both Indonesian and English.
